You hear it from someone in your congregation almost every week..."Boy, you guys sounded great today...do you have a CD?"  Well, why don't you?  A CD of your Praise Team or Choir is not only a great service to your congregation, but an excellent way to raise funds to upgrade your church's sound, video and other service media systems too! You may be saying "We can't afford to do that!", but with Trinity Studios' low package prices and creative techniques to help you maximize your project's fundraising potential, you can't afford not to!

Trinity Studios is the Bay Area's premier Christian recording service for Praise Teams and Choirs.  We can produce your CD from beginning to end, with the latest, fully digital technology.

Trinity Studios specializes in recording you in your home environment.  We bring everything we need to record up to 56 simultaneous tracks of your group in pristine (16 to 96 bit) digital audio. We set up where you are most comfortable...in your own church's auditorium.  As a result, the end product sounds like you...not some sterile studio "dead-room" facsimile.  After all, your congregation will buy your CD because they like the way you sound and your normal acoustic environment is a significant part of that "sound".  We do all necessary pre-production, recuts, overdubs,  sweetening and mastering in our Walnut Creek studio.

Here's a partial equipment listing for you tech heads:  Our main mixing console is Mackie Designs' revolutionary Digital Eight Buss board, the d8b.  We use a pair of Mackie Designs SDR 24/96 24-track recorders as our main machines, with three ADAT XTs for 20 bit safety backups.  We're triple redundant, simultaneously running a hard-drive backup of all tracks.  Our racks are full of high-end pro gear (and some select old pieces of noisy semi-pro junque just for grins), including Lexicon, Focusrite, DBX and MOTU modules, as well as some assorted Alesis, and Aphex gear.  In addition to our software-based mastering tools, we use DBX Quantum for multi-band compression and touchups.  Other software includes ProTools, Vegas, Cubase VST32, Sound Forge and WaveLab, all loaded with most of the phattest plugs to come down the pike, including Izotope mastering software, several noise elimination tools (including Sonic Foundry’s award-winning de-noiser) IVL Vocal Studio, Antares AutoTune, several mic modelers and tons of multi-effects from TC, Lexicon and virtually every other imaginable source.

Our mic cabinet is loaded with Neumann, AKG, Sony, EV and Shure for every occasion, as well as trigger pads in case your drummer prefers the sounds of the kits in our Alesis DM Pro over that ratty old "vintage" trap kit the youth group first beat to a pulp in 1969.

Our keyboard room features the mighty Korg Triton Pro-X, Karma, Z-1, Prophesy, CX-3, SG Pro-X, 01Wfd, i-3 and T-1 as well as the unbelievably versatile Yamaha EX-5. We also feature a Hammond B-3, Hammond C-3 (that’s a B-3 in a console instead of on legs), a Hammond M-3, a Farfisa Combo Compact, a pair of Leslie speakers, a Motion Sound Pro 3 and a funky old upright grand piano that really was first beat to a pulp by a church youth group in 1934!  Common, it sounds GREAT and adds character to the joint!

Does your church, Choir or Praise Team have a live outdoor or medium to large venue concert event coming up?  We also do live sound and stage lighting
